Configuring advanced fees for registering players

Advanced fee toggle

Toggle the advanced fee functionality on or off. If off, advanced fees will not apply, even if they have already been saved.

Calculate the age of players as of the date

This is the date that the age range entered for the advanced fee will be calculated to determine whether or not the advanced fee will apply to a registering player.

Age range

This is the age range that a particular advanced fee will apply to when players are registering. It is used in conjunction with the value selected in the gender field. Setting an age range of 8 to 11, and 'Female' genders, will result in female players aged 8 to 11 (including 11-year-olds) being charged the advanced fee instead of the standard fee.

Gender

This is the gender that a particular advanced fee will apply to when players are registering. It is used in conjunction with the value selected in the age range field.

Amount

This is the amount that a registering player will pay if qualified to receive the advanced fee.

Description

This is a short description that will be displayed to registering players when completing registration.

Add row button

This button adds the advanced fee that has been configured. The form will still need to be saved to commit the new advanced fee.

Remove existing fee

An existing advanced fee can be removed at any time using the remove button. The form will still need to be saved to commit the removal of an existing advanced fee.
