Overview
PlayHQ powers registration, competition management, and communication for many different sports, and each sport is supported a little differently. National and state governing bodies — like Cricket Australia, Netball Australia, or Basketball Victoria — run their own front-line support for their members, while some sports and regions are supported directly through the PlayHQ Support Centre.
Because of this, the fastest way to get help depends on which sport, region, and level (club, association, or governing body) you're asking about.
This article is a reference for finding the correct contact first time, rather than a general troubleshooting guide.
How PlayHQ support is organised
There are three levels of support depending on your question:
- Your club or association — for day-to-day questions about registrations, teams, fees, or fixtures within your own competition.
- Your sport's governing body — for questions about how PlayHQ is configured for your sport or state/region, or if your club can't resolve the issue.
- The PlayHQ Support Centre — the general self-serve and ticketing channel, used either as the default for sports/regions without a dedicated contact, or when a direct sport contact hasn't resolved your query.

When your sport or region isn't listed
If your sport, state, or region doesn't have a dedicated contact above — or your sport's contact hasn't been able to resolve your issue — submit a request through the PlayHQ Support Centre.
