Advanced fee settings allow different fees to be set for registering players that are specific to an age range and/or gender.
Advanced player fees can be used on the following forms:
- Participant to Season competition and program registration form
- Participant to Team competition registration form
Setting advanced fees
The screenshot and table below illustrate and describe the functionality

| i | Advanced fee toggle | Toggle the advanced fee functionality on or off. If off, advanced fees will not apply, even if they have already been saved. |
| ii | Calculate the age of players as of the date | This is the date that the age range entered for the advanced fee will be calculated to determine whether or not the advanced fee will apply to a registering player. |
| iii | Age range | This is the age range that a particular advanced fee will apply to when players are registering. It is used in conjunction with the value selected in the gender field. Setting an age range of 8 to 11, and 'Female' genders, will result in female players aged 8 to 11 (including 11-year-olds) being charged the advanced fee instead of the standard fee. |
| iv | Gender | This is the gender that a particular advanced fee will apply to when players are registering. It is used in conjunction with the value selected in the age range field. |
| v | Amount | This is the amount that a registering player will pay if qualified to receive the advanced fee. |
| vi | Description | This is a short description that will be displayed to registering players when completing registration. |
| vii | Add row button | This button adds the advanced fee that has been configured. The form will still need to be saved to commit the new advanced fee. |
| vii | Remove existing fee | An existing advanced fee can be removed at any time using the remove button. The form will still need to be saved to commit the removal of an existing advanced fee. |
Additional considerations
- A standard Basic Fee must still be set.
- Multiple custom fees can be added.
- If a player meets the criteria for multiple advanced fees, they will receive the cheapest advanced fee available.
