Updating your organisation's public facing details

This article covers the Details and Contacts tabs in the My Organisation menu. 

The Details Tab

This is the default tab of the My Organisation section. If your organisation has been made visible to the public, anyone viewing your organisation's PlayHQ public webpage will be able to see most of the information that you enter here. Below is an overview of the details you can find on this page:

  • Organisation Logo - Click here for a support article on how to update your logo
  • Description - Enter your organisation's description here (up to 500 characters). This field is optional. At the moment this information IS NOT visible on organisation's PlayHQ public webpages but it will become visible in the future.
  • Email - This field has now been moved from the existing Contacts tab to the Details tab. You may enter your organisation's main email address here. If you had previously entered your organisation's email, it will already populate the field.
  • Phone number - This field has also now been moved from the existing Contacts tab to the Details tab. You may enter your organisation's main phone number in here. If you had previously entered your organisation's phone number, it will already populate the field.
  • Organisation website - Enter a link to your organisation's external website (ensure the entire URL is entered here including the http:// or https://)

  • Visible on discovery maps - You can use this toggle to specify whether you want your organisation to appear on our PlayHQ discovery map once it has been built in the not-so-distant future. For now your preference will only be displayed in the Admin Portal.
  • Address - The fields in this section have now been moved from the existing Contacts tab to the Details tab. Enter the address of your main base of operations here. If you have previously entered your address, it will already populated these fields.
  • Latitude and Longitude - Enter your organisation's coordinates to be used as a your location on discovery maps in the future (again, once our aforementioned discovery map work has been completed). For now this information will only be displayed in the Admin Portal.

  • Formats - Specify the Format categories that your organisation caters for in this section. The options that you see here have been set by your governing body. This information will be used to power the discovery map in the future (again, once the discovery map work has been completed). For now it will only be displayed in the Admin Portal.

  • Age & Gender information - Add the age & gender groups that your organisation caters for in this section. This information will be used to power the discovery map in the future (again, once the discovery map work has been completed). For now it will only be displayed in the Admin Portal.
  • Inclusion - Specify the inclusion categories that your organisation caters for in this section. The options that you see here have been set by your governing body. This information will be used to power the discovery map in the future (again, once the discovery map work has been completed). For now it will only be displayed in the Admin Portal.

  • Business Information (NZ tenants ONLY!) - In NZ tenants, a GST No. option can be selected / the number entered and saved. Once this is done, the GST No. will display on every participant invoice displaying a line item for that particular organisation from that point forward.

  • Terms and Conditions - Set a link or text for your Terms and Conditions (T's & C's) that will appear for participants to view/accept when registering.

When you've entered/updated any of these General details, the Update & Save button will become available.
