On Tuesday 16 December 2020, the PlayHQ platform experienced some intermittent issues which impacted the performance of the platform. 

The key impact was related to the participant registration form and in some instances, it prevented participants completing their registration successfully. 

There were also a small number of issues reported which related to the completion of administrator tasks.

The issue was resolved at 6:49pm on Tuesday. Since that time no additional errors have been reported, and we will continue to monitor the platform closely over the coming days.
