Basic Venue Report
The Basic Venue Report generates a list of all games to be played at a specific venue. To generate a Basic Venue report, select Reports, then the Competitions tab, and then the Basic Venue report. Select the relevant Date, and Venue, and then click the Generate button:
Note: Administration Body Administrators (ie. at State or Region level) will be able to see a list of all games played at a specific venue from all of the organisations beneath them in the hierarchy.
The report will be generated and open in a new tab of your web browser:
The Advanced Venue report will include the following information displayed as columns.
- Time (Game Start Time)
- Court
- Team A
- Team B
- Organisation
- Competition
- Competition Type
- Season
- Grade
- Comments
The row order of games is determined by:
- Game Start Time
- Playing Surface
Advanced Venue Report
The Advanced Venue Report generates a list of all games to be played over a date range across multiple venues. To generate an Advanced Venue report, select Reports, then the Competitions tab, and then the Advanced Venue report. Select the relevant Dates, and Venues, and then click the Generate button:
Note: Any organisation will be able to see a list of all games played from all of the organisations within their sport.
The report will be generated into a csv format.
The Advanced Venue report will include the following information displayed as columns.
- Time (Game Start Time)
- Court
- Team A
- Team B
- Organisation
- Competition
- Competition Type
- Season
- Grade
- Comments

- Playing Surface
- Game Start Time
