Generate a Team Entries Report

The Team Entries Report generates a list of all teams in a season, including their primary contacts.  To generate a Team Entries report, select Reports, then the Competitions tab, and then the Team Entries report. Select the relevant Competition, and Season, and then click the Generate button:

Note: Administration Body Administrators (ie. at State or Region level) will be able to select from an organisation option to view all organisations under them.

The report will be generated and a success message at the bottom of the page will indicate that report is ready to be downloaded:

Go to the Generated Reports tab to see the list of generated reports. Click the Download button to download the report in .csv format:

The Team Entries report will include detailed information about each team as a separate row with the following team details displayed as columns:

  • Team Name
  • Team Gender
  • Team Age Group
  • Team ID
  • Custom Fields (each field is a separate column in the report)
    • For Association: list of Team custom fields created by association for the Competition / Season (displayed as columns in the report)
    • For Club: list of Team custom fields created by association for the Competition / Season and made available to Club Profiles and Reports, followed by a list of Team custom fields created by the club for this Competition / Season
  • Team Type
  • Club Name
  • Registration Date
  • Allocated Grade
  • Team Organiser (Name, Email, Mobile)
  • Team Organiser Management Access
  • Team Manager 1 (Name, Email, Mobile)
  • Team Manager 2 (Name, Email, Mobile)
  • Organisation
  • Competition
  • Competition Type
  • Season

For a Home and Away competition, the following two columns will also be included:

  • Home Venue

  • Home Playing Surface

Note: Administration Body Administrators (ie. at State or Region level) will not be able to see association or clubs custom field questions that they have created for their own participants.
