You'll need a registered PlayHQ Profile Account to access the PlayHQ Admin Portal. Once you have this, you will need to use the email address and password associated with this account to log in and out of the system. An administrator can use the one PlayHQ Profile Account for both their own registration or that of their family members/dependants and their administration access.

This article covers accepting an invite to be an administrator of an organisation and logging in and out of the Admin Portal.

Accept an email invitation to join

Once you've been invited to be an administrator at an organisation, you'll receive the following email if the email entered to invite you has not been used to create a PlayHQ Profile Account:

Select the Complete my account link in the email and on the webpage that you will be taken to, complete the required information by entering your details. Submitting your details will create your PlayHQ Profile Account and you will have access to log in to the organisation that you have invited to. To log in, go to the PlayHQ Admin Portal - you will need to log in using your email address and the password you just set.

📝 Note: the link will expire after 30 days. If you do not action your invitation in that time, please submit a support request.

If you are already an administrator with another organisation

You will not receive an invitation email. Rather, you will receive a courtesy email to inform you that you have been added as an administrator to a new organisation. You will immediately be able to access the new organisation in the organisation picker (reload the PlayHQ Admin Portal is already open).

Logging out

If you are logged in to the PlayHQ Admin Portal and wish to log out, you can select your name in the lower-left corner of the PlayHQ Admin Portal, and then select the "Log out" option. If you are using a general use/public computer, you should always log out after you have completed your work, and ensure that your account details/password are not saved on the computer.
