This article describes the process of revoking an administrator's access to your organisation in the PlayHQ Admin Portal.
If you need to remove access from one of your existing admins, or ensure that an invitee cannot complete the initial registration, you can revoke their access.
You must be an authorised administrator who has access to your organisation in the PlayHQ Admin Portal in order to revoke another administrator's access.
Revoke access of an existing admin account
To revoke the access of an existing admin, select My Organisation, and then the Admins menu. You will be taken to the Active Users tab by default.
Select the administrator's Edit button to reveal their Admin Details page:
From here, select the Revoke access button, confirm the revoke action, and the administrator will no longer appear in the Active Users list and will no longer be able to access the organisation in the PlayHQ Admin Portal.
