Overview

Once participants have registered for a Season and teams have been created, you'll need to allocate participants to teams. A participant can be allocated to multiple teams from a single registration, or they may register separately for each team.

How to allocate players to teams

Step-by-Step Guide Quick Reference
  1. Navigate to the competition season
  2. Select 'Teams'
  3. Find the team you want to add players to and click 'View'
  4. Select 'Allocate player' in the Players section
  5. You'll see all unallocated participants. You can:
    • Search by Last Name
    • Filter by Gender or Date of Birth range
    • Toggle to 'All Participants' to view those already allocated
    • Use the Reset button to clear all filters
  6. Select the tick box next to each player you want to add
  7. Click 'Allocate players' to confirm

Removing players from teams

To remove a player from a team, locate their name in the team list and click the 'Unallocate' link next to their name.

How to edit player numbers

After allocating players to teams, you can assign player numbers:

  1. From the team page, click 'Edit player numbers' above the player list
  2. Enter player numbers for each allocated player
  3. Click 'Save' in the upper right corner when finished

How to allocate coaches and team managers

  1. From the team page, click 'Allocate coach' or 'Allocate assistant coach' in the relevant section
  2. Select from the list of registered coaches
  3. Click 'Allocate' to confirm

  2. Select from the list of registered team managers
  3. Click 'Allocate' to confirm

Important to know

You can only allocate participants to roles they've registered for. i.e a coach must register as a coach
