Understanding allocation statuses

The following table describes all of the options you could potentially see when viewing allocation statuses on either Games allocations or Game Slots.

Status Example Description
Allocated Games or game slots that have been successfully allocated to a venue, playing surface (court/field), and time, and that have been saved.  The allocations are applied to a fixture.
Unsaved
Games or game slots that have been successfully allocated to a venue, playing surface (court/field), and time, but haven't been saved are not yet applied to a fixture.
Unallocated Screen_Shot_2020-11-15_at_8.48.42_pm.png Games or game slots that have not been allocated to a venue, playing surface (court/field), or time. Unallocated games are recorded as "TBC" in the fixture of a grade.
Exclamation (!)
Indicates that there are clashing games on this date, or that game slots clash for the weekday. If the clash icon (!) appears, it appears against both of the games/game slots that are affected by the clash. Change one or both of those games/game slots to remove the clash.
