After you've reviewed the registration fees applicable to your registration, accepted the terms and conditions, and reviewed any products on the Products page, you'll find yourself on the Payment & Summary page in the registration process.

Payment & Summary page

On this page, you'll see the following information presented:

  1. Payment details and billing address
  2. Order Summary
  3. Confirm your participant registration, or your team registration

Payment and Billing Address

Complete the payment details and corresponding billing address details you'd like to use to pay for any required registration fees and/or product costs.

Payment can be made with a valid credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or debit card (VISA or Mastercard).

If no fee is payable to complete your registration, you will not need to enter any payment or billing details.

 

Order Summary

On the right hand side of the page, the order summary section lists any registration fees required to complete your registration. Any products you have selected will also display as well as if a family member discount has been applied.

The option to Enter a voucher code is presented under the fee(s). Please see the Using vouchers article for more information on how to apply organisation voucher codes that may have been provided to you.

Additionally, if a State/Territory Government sporting voucher can be applied to offset fees payable, enter the appropriate details of the registering participant.

If no fee is due to complete your registration, the registration fee will display as $0.00 and you will not be able to apply a voucher.

 

Submitting your Participant Registration

If payment is required and you've entered your payment details, you can choose the "Confirm purchase" button to make your payment and submit your registration. You will be taken to a success page, and from here you can click on a link to go to your PlayHQ profile or for certain registration forms click a link to register another family member. You will receive two emails from PlayHQ upon successful registration; confirmation details of successful registration, and a tax invoice receipt detailing any payment made (sent even if no payment was made).

 

Submitting your Team Registration

If payment is required and you've entered your payment details, you can choose the "Confirm purchase" button to make your payment and submit your registration. You will be taken to a success page, and from here you can click on a link to go to your PlayHQ profile. You will receive two emails from PlayHQ upon successful registration; confirmation details of successful registration (may also include instructions for facilitating registration of team participants), and a tax invoice receipt detailing any payment made (sent even if no payment was made).

From the success page, you may also be able to click a link to register yourself as a player, coach, or team manager directly to the team you have just registered. Follow the instructions presented on screen, or in the confirmation of successful team registration email sent to you.
