In this release (releases delivered over the week of the 6th of April) we have released the following enhancements:
Payment Onboarding
The ability for administrators to onboard new organisations (the setup and confirmation of Stripe Connect accounts) via the Admin Portal.
Merchandise
We’ve built a new Merchandise feature that allows administrators to sell merchandise to participants as they register. Products can be created, descriptions included, variations such as size can be added and stock-keeping units (SKUs) for inventory management purposes are optional. Association administrators can seamlessly add and arrange products on all registration forms to display in the order they prefer. Some of the features include:
-
Administrators can create and manage products and variations - SKUs, active/inactive status, including the ability to indicate if an item is available or unavailable on a registration form (in cases of limited/unavailable stock).
-
Administrators can add and sell products to participants via all registration forms.
-
The ability for participants to purchase products during registration (new product step added).
-
Merchandise orders will appear in the organisation's Transaction report.
-
Merchandise purchases appear on participant invoices.
Coming soon
-
A new Merchandise Orders report assisting administrators to track order and fulfillment numbers of purchased products.
-
The ability for Administrators to delete products.
Manually add finals
Organisations will have the ability to manually add a finals game to a finals fixture. Manually added finals game can be edited, deleted, and scored.
Live scoring administrator role/access
We are creating a new administrator user type, that will be able to administrate the scoring of games using the electronic scoring application without having access to the association's Admin Portal Portal.
The Electronic Scoring Admin will be able to:
- receive an invite from the organisation
- follow the link in the invite to go through the sign-up process
- log in to electronic scoring and set up an Electronic Scoring 'Session' that then allows games to be scored on the device.
