- How to generate a fill-in participation report
The Fill-in Participation Report generates a report of all fill-in participants added from the Admin Portal and via PlayHQ Electronic Scoring, in a season.
To generate a Participation report, select Reports, then the Competitions tab, and then the Fill-in Participation Report. Select the relevant Competition, Season, and Grade (or All Grades), and then click the Generate button:
Note: Administration Body Administrators (i.e. at State or Region level) will be able to select from an organisation option to view all organisations under them.
The report will be generated and a success message at the bottom of the page will indicate that report is ready to be downloaded:
Go to the Generated Reports tab to see the list of generated reports. Click the Download button to download the report in .csv format:
The Fill-in Participation report will include information with the following details displayed as columns:
- Game Date
- Grade
- Round
- Team (that had fill-in)
- First Name
- Last Name
- DOB
- Role
- Player Number
- Organisation
- Competition
- Competition Type
- Season
