Attention all PlayHQ users,
We want to make you aware that this Sunday morning (09/08/20) at 4.00 am AEST, the PlayHQ platform will be inaccessible due to an upgrade for approximately seven hours. We will be using this time to begin the transition to a multi-sport platform and to make some enhancements to the PlayHQ platform to ensure ongoing uptime and stability.
We are performing this upgrade to our platform over the weekend so that we can ensure a smooth transition and minimise the impact on you.
During this maintenance window, the PlayHQ platform (participant portal, administrator portal and live scoring applications) will be inaccessible and email delivery will be paused. All operations around the platform, including triggering of events, delivery of scheduled emails, and processing of uploads will resume immediately after the maintenance window.
Post upgrade, administrators will be required to access the administrators portal via the following link. If you happen on the old URL you will be navigated to the new login page below.
We are really sorry to be holding you up but please know that our engineering and operations teams are working hard to get everything up and running, and we will update you once we are back and ready to play.
