In this release, we have released the following enhancements to PlayHQ.
These features are not yet enabled in Production but available for testing for Sports administrators in your nominated testing environment.
Merchandise enhancements (Competitions)
The merchandise module has been enhanced to include new features such as custom fields, multi-variants, participant type-specific products, mandatory products, and enhanced reporting.
These features have been developed for use in Competitions, with the same set of features to be implemented for Programs soon.
New features for Administrators

Ability to create multiple variants for a product by defining custom categories and options.

Ability to create custom fields and assign them to specific product variants.

Ability to make a product mandatory on a registration form.

Ability to assign products to appear for certain participant types on a registration form.

The ability for products step in a registration form to show/hide depending on whether there are products to show for a participant type.

Registration enhancements (Programs)
Registrations have been enhanced to include the following features:

New feature on the participant portal

The ability for a participant to view a list of programs they have registered to on their profile.

In this release, we have developed further 'Management' functionality of Programs including:
As an Admin Body Admin who has created a shared Program:

I want to delete a shared program season, so I can remove a season I created by mistake.
As a Child Admin Body assisting to manage a shared program:

I want to view a list of shared programs with configured registration settings, so I can manage those programs (Key point is that if the parent organisation has not configured the participant registration settings for at least one season, then the Program will now not be visible to the child organisation).

I want to view a list of shared program seasons with configured registration settings, so I can manage those programs (Key point is that if the parent organisation has not configured the participant registration settings for that season, then the Season will now not be visible to the child organisation).
As a Participating Centre who is Participating in a Shared Program:

I want to add custom fields to a shared program season I’m participating in, so they’re displayed on program registration forms.
As a Participating Centre who has created a Local Program:
