This article describes how to check whether all game results have been published to PlayHQ, and how to end an electronic scoring session.

Checking whether games results have been published

To determine whether the results of all games scored on a specific device have been published to PlayHQ, navigate to the electronic scoring session, day, and court selection page. If the device is locked to a court you will first need to unlock the device.

If games have not been synced, or events within a game have not been synced, there will be a alert icon on the game tile and alert message on the top left of the screen.

If games have not been published to PlayHQ, ensure that the device is connected to the internet. When the device is connected to the internet, the game results will be automatically published:

If there is no alert icon or message, it means all games have been successfully published to PlayhQ

Note: If the browser has been accidentally closed (without an administrator ending the electronic scoring session), open the browser again and go to https://score.playhq.com to continue to access the prior session/continue to a game etc.

When all games have been published, you can safely end the electronic scoring session by selecting the 'End session' button, see below.

Ending an electronic scoring session

Once all games have been scored and their results published to PlayHQ, you can safely end the electronic scoring session. Ending the electronic scoring session removes all game results from the device and allows you to set up a new electronic scoring session with a different venue, day/s, and PIN.

To end a session, select End Session in the top left corner of the day and court selection page:

Then select End Session in the confirmation prompt:

Enter your PlayHQ credentials then select End Session:

Congratulations! You have now ended your electronic scoring session and are ready to set up a new electronic scoring session.
