One of the most common support questions we receive is that aspects of PlayHQ aren't operating as expected. With PlayHQ system updates happening regularly, combined with cached browser history (preloaded versions of websites you've visited), this is often the root of the issue.
Fortunately, the solution to this common problem is quite simple: refresh your browser and clear your cache. This article will guide you through the process for different browsers and devices.
Why Hard Refresh is Needed
Although storing pages in your browser's cache makes loading faster, it can mean that recent changes made to PlayHQ aren't visible until you perform a hard refresh. Not having the most up-to-date version of PlayHQ can cause problems when performing certain tasks.
