We are excited to announce the below features will be released in Play HQ UAT environment on Thursday 17th February and production on Monday 21st February.

Feature Description 
Extra Ladder Adjustments

Admins can now select additional variables for manual ladder adjustments including Wins, Loss, Games Played and Draws. Current functionality uses Ladder Points, For and Against. For more information on ladder adjustments, click here.

View Configuration of Ladder Columns

Additional settings available in ladder visibility allowing admins to configure what ladder columns are displayed to participants on the public game centre. For more information click here.

Allowing a URL in Membership Descriptions

When inserting a URL within the membership overview section, there will now be a hyperlink allowing participants to click through upon registration to admin body policies.

Fuzzy Profile Matching

When searching for participants' profiles to complete profile matching, records will be matched using fuzzy profile matching logic. For example, if you were to search Pat, it would return relevant results for Patrick.

Moved Validation to Save Button (Team Selection)

If player points are being enforced, when admins or team managers select a line-up, the points cap is validated at the time of saving the team. This will assist with future features that include emergency players.

Players Are Sorted By Number Lineups

Line-up now saved in singlet order on admin portal as well as the game centre.

Unsubscribe from Emails

Emails can get out of control. Now you can wrestle that back with our registration notification unsubscribe option. This option appears at the base of PlayHQ emails sent to email addresses that have been entered in the ‘notifications’ section of the admin portal. For more information click here.

Super Admin API Keys Self Serve

Gives Super Admins the ability to retrieve API keys to access our public API suite. These public API’s can be used to power Wix Widgets and more. This eliminates double handling of API keys which to date has been handled by sporting bodies.
