Fee Variants

The new fee variants feature allows clubs to create their own registration fees, categories and prices on registration forms. For example, clubs may configure a student variant for $50 and a senior variant for $70. The participant can then select which fee is most applicable to them during registration and pay the relevant price.

The fee variant that the participant selects will display on the invoice as well as the transaction report.

The fee variants have also been integrated into the Competition Registration Form Webhook.

Sport Voucher Scheme (NT)

The NT voucher program now allows participants to apply up to two $100 vouchers towards fees/club membership.  Participants will be able to apply up to two vouchers on checkout at clubs and/or associations who are accepting Sport Voucher Scheme.

In the instance where two vouchers are applied, this will be reflected in the transaction report, government voucher report and on the participant invoice.

Match ratio ladders are now available on PlayHQ, administrators can select this ladder type for competitions or specific grades.  For more information click here

Removed the age ranges on the registration form.  It now only displays the Age Group and the date of birth ranges.

Player Positions

Administrators on the admin portal and team managers and coaches with management access on the participant portal will now be able to add player positions for lineups. Player positions can be viewed on the participant portal lineups tab.

Prevent Affiliation Change Until Registration Is Approved

An enhancement to the "current affiliation" feature. Previously, participants would have an affiliation created or updated prior to their "pending" registration being approved.

Now the affiliation will only be created or updated once their registration is approved and active.

The approval flow for new Transfers and Season Permit will use the existing current affiliation, instead of the affiliation of the pending registration like it used to.
