Release Notes - 04 October 2021

Team managers, Coaches and Team Organisers who have management access granted will now be given a Squad Tab in my My Teams.  

In addition to Fixtures and Ladders, the Squad Tab includes the following information:

• A list of players and team staff who are allocated to the team
• Games played tally
• Contact and emergency contact details for each participant
• Participant registration links (if enabled)  to share so teammates can register directly to the team. 

This functionality means Team Organisers, Managers and Coaches can now access contact information, monitor registration numbers and view games played, from directly within their participant portal.

Applicable to: Association Admins | Club Admins | Team Staff

Age Limit fields have been added to the Competition Season DWH file.

Note: The schema will be updated upon the release to production.

Applicable to: Sporting Codes

All newly created or updated Club or Association Organisations will now be sent to TPF automatically.

Note: This integration is available to all sports but may only be relevant to Cricket Australia and AFL at this time.

Volunteers can now be added to a lineup and are automatically populated in the game sheet in their specific roles.

This removes the need for admins to enter this information to the game sheet manually before the game. 

This functionality is currently only available for the admin portal and will be added to the participant portal in the future for those coaches, team managers and team organisers with management access.

Applicable to: Club Admins

Player numbers have been removed from all Netball tenant areas of the platform including; 

• Team page 
• Electronic scoring application
• Game details page 
• Lineups on the participant portal
• Game centre 

This enhancement ensures that admins and participants only have access to functions that meet Netball’s specific requirements.
