The following features shall be released on the 15 June 2021. Some features have been released to partners testing environments only and are not yet enabled in Production (shall be enabled in a future release).
Admin Body Custom Fields
Custom fields can now be configured at a 'global' level by Admin Bodies for a competition season within the General Settings area. These Global Custom fields will be inherited by all child organisations and applied to the relevant roles, formats, profiles, reports and formats that have been configured for each custom field.
The following functionality has been enabled for Admin Bodies:

Ability to select and change which season to apply a Global Custom Field to

Ability to select the title, type and if the global custom field is mandatory

Ability to select the roles, formats, profiles, reports and formats the global custom field applies to

Ability to view, edit and delete the list of Global Custom Fields they have created by season

Ability to view list of Global Custom Fields they have inherited by parent Admin Bodies by season (within the Global Custom Fields Tab)

Ability to view 'My Global' and 'Inherited' custom fields within the Custom Fields tab within the Season Registration Settings

Ability to view 'My Global' and 'Inherited' custom fields within the Custom Fields area of a Club or Association Registration Form

Ability to view answers to Global Custom Fields in participant profiles

Ability to view answers to Global Custom Fields in Competition Participant Report
The following functionality has been enabled for Associations & Clubs:

Ability to view 'Inherited' custom fields within the Custom Fields tab within the Season Registration Settings. All global custom fields created by Admin Bodies above them in the PlayHQ hierarchy will be visible

Ability to view 'Inherited' custom fields within the Custom Fields area of a Club or Association Registration Form. All global custom fields (that have been configured to show on registration forms) that have been created by Admin Bodies above them in the PlayHQ hierarchy will be visible.

If relevant Global Custom Field is configured to do so, ability to view answers to Global Custom Field in participant profiles

If relevant Global Custom Field is configured to do so, ability to view answers to Global Custom Field in Competition Participant Report
The following functionality has been enabled for Participants:

If a global custom field is configured to the role, format and form applicable, the participant will be presented with the global custom field as part of their registration
Cricket Australia Account Linking

For any new PlayHQ accounts that are registering to a Cricket Australia Program or Competition, the user will be presented with a new mandatory Cricket ID step after the Products page within our registration flow.

The user will be sent to the Cricket Australia page to either log in or create (then log in) their Cricket ID account in order to link it to their PlayHQ account. One connected, they will be presented with a 'linked' badge, and the registration can continue

It does not matter whether the user is registering a primary or dependant profile, once the playHQ is linked once, the Cricket ID will not be displayed in any subsequent registrations (across the tenant) for either the parent or dependant profiles
Incident & Suspension Management
The new incident and suspension management features allow Association admins to log and track behavioural incidents that occur in a match.
The following functionality will be enabled

The ability for Tenants to create a code of conduct offence list, that associations orgs will inherit

The ability for an Admin to create an incident within a match

Ability to link player to an incident

Ability to link the incident to an offence type

Ability to add an Outcome (Guilty / Not Guilty) to an Incident

Ability to add a Suspension Outcome to a Player

Ability to edit a Suspension Outcome

Ability to view incidents against a Players Profile

Ability to view all incidents logged against a match

Ability to view all incidents within an association

Ability to view a suspended player in team line up (GameDay, Electronic Scoring, My Teams in Participant Portal)

Blocking a suspended player from selection into a Game Line Up

Total number of suspended games within a players profile
-
Ability to view in a player has and active incident or suspension during the transfer request process
