Offence list management - summary and detail view

This article will cover the following:

1. How to view the Summary view and Date View for Offences (eg. Red cards, Yellow cards, Technical fouls, disqualifying fouls etc) 

Offences in PlayHQ: Summary View and Date View

In PlayHQ, administrators have the ability to track various offences. This article provides a guide on how to utilise the Summary view and Date View features to manage and review these incidents.

Understanding the Offence List Option

The Offence List option in PlayHQ enables administrators to view offences in two distinct modes:

1. Summary View: This view provides a consolidated summary of offences accumulated by participants for the selected season.
   
   
2. Date View: In contrast to the summary, the Date View allows administrators to see individual instances of when offences occurred.
   
   

Viewing the Offence List Summary

To access the Summary view of the Offence List:

1. Login to the PlayHQ admin portal.
2. Navigate to Competition Management.
3. Select the desired Season.
4. Click on More, then choose Offence List.

 

The Summary list will display the total number of offences accumulated by each participant throughout the current season.

 

 

 

Viewing the Offence List Date View

To access the Date View of the Offence List: 

1. Follow the same steps as above to navigate to the Offence List.
2. Once on the Offence List page, look for the option to toggle to Date View.

The Date View provides administrators with a detailed breakdown of individual instances of offences, allowing for precise tracking and management.

 

 

Viewing The Offence Summary in My Teams Squad List 

Will be available mid July 2024. 

When viewing the summary in My Teams Squad List, coaches, team managers, or captains with My Teams access can see offence list summary totals per player for the team in a season within the Squad view. To access this feature:

1. Log in to MyTeams
2. Click on 'Squad'
3. Next to games, you will find the relevant cards or fouls for your sport
4. Click on the arrow icon to view detailed statistics for each player across all teams and grades they have participated in

Viewing The Offence Summary in Admin Portal Squad List 

Will be available mid July 2024. 

When viewing the summary in Admin Portal Squad list Association and Club admins can now see offence list summary totals per player for the team in a season within the Squad view.

To access this feature:

1. Click on Competitions> View 
2. View your Teams >View the specific Team you wish to view the squad for 
3. On the Players Tab you will see the fouls or cards summary for each participant in that team for that season
