Season Rollover |
This feature gives association administrators the ability to rollover a season, grades, and association-created teams from one season of a competition to another. For club administrators, club teams can be rolled over from one season of a competition to another. When utilising the rollover feature, most season/club management settings and all grade settings will be copied, rewarding administrators who curate and perfect their settings. | Participants Report |
The ‘Participants Report (Competition)’ generates a list of participants from all competitions. Administrators now have the ability to filter by a participant registration date range. | Update To Transfer & Permit Request Description |
When requesting a transfer or permit, the informative text has been updated to read "Find a player by searching participant’s current or previous club, first name, last name and date of birth". This will inform admins that when searching for a player for a transfer or permit, they can also search for one of their previous clubs as well as their current club. Applicable to: Association and Club Administrators |

Team & Grade Webhooks |
To align with the new Team and Grade rollover features, a new attribute called rolloverSourceId will be included in the Team Created, Team Updated, Grade Created, and Grade Updated webhooks. When a Team or Grade rollover is completed, this attribute will be populated with the Team or Grade Id it is rolled over from. This attribute will also be populated in any subsequent updates to a Team or Grade that has been rolled over. The rolloverSourceId will contain a null value when a rollover has not been done for a Team or a Grade. Applicable to: Sporting bodies |
