We are excited to announce the below features will be released in PlayHQ UAT environment on Thursday 10th November 2022 and production on Tuesday 15th November 2022.

Feature Description 

New Home & Away Fixture Patterns

These new fixture patterns for grades within ‘Home & Away’ type competitions will eliminate the occurrence of three consecutive home or away games, resulting in teams having a more balanced home and away schedule. The new patterns will be used for grades that have between 2 and 20 teams, any grade that has 21 teams or above will use the old algorithm.

Allows Player Numbers To Be Three Digits

A platform enhancement allowing three digit player numbers (eg. Player Number 121). This is applicable across registration, admin portal, electronic scoring and my teams. This previously had a two digit maximum.

Advanced Fixture Report Update

Enhanced Report with additional and consistent columns. New “All Competitions" option enables report to run across multiple competitions. Date filters also available to reduce the amount of data generated.

Allows Admin To Set Maximum Order Quantity On Optional Products Per Registration

Gives the ability for an administrator to put a maximum order quantity on optional products within a registration form. When adding products to a registration form, administrators can then select  “The maximum qty of the product that can be  ordered per registration?“.

Full Venue Name in Game Day
(Community Football Program)

Admins will now be able to view the full venue and ground name as well as the short name in Game Day.
