Non-Game Incidents & Suspensions

Overview

Gives administrators the ability to capture a non-game incident within PlayHQ. An example use case of this would be if a player were to break the social media code of conduct.

Create a Non-Game Incident from the Incidents > Non-Game tab

Initiate the create non-game incident flow:

Search for and select a participant:

Enter incident details:

Creating the new incident takes the user directly to the view/edit incident page, where they can add an outcome:

View Non-Game Incident in the Incidents > Non-Game tab

Create a Non-Game Incident from a profile

Initiate the create non-game incident flow (no need to search for a participant in this scenario):

Enter incident details:

Creating the new incident takes the user directly to the view/edit incident page, where they can add an outcome:
