This article explains how to record a break in play within the PlayHQ cricket e-scoring app
Overview
Recording a break allows people who are following the scores online, to understand there is a break in play. It also allows 3rd party video streaming services to know when to stop streaming the video of the game.
Recording a break
To record a break, select the Actions button
Select Break
Select the Break type
Select Apply Break
During the break, you will no longer be able to add events to the game, however you can edit events, make scorecard adjustments, change line-ups and change batter or bowler
Resuming a Break
To resume from a break, select Resume, and the scoresheet will revert back to normal
